NVIDIA's GTC Berlin Opens Tomorrow: Jensen Huang Keynote Carries $2 Billion European AI Bet

NVIDIA's flagship GTC conference kicks off in Berlin on October 20, with CEO Jensen Huang set to deliver the headline keynote on Wednesday, October 21 — a moment markets are watching closely after technology stocks endured one of their roughest weeks since early 2025.

Huang's keynote runs 11:00 to 13:00 CEST at the Tempodrom and will be livestreamed free. NVIDIA has signaled plans to announce roughly $2 billion in new European AI deals, building on about $8 billion deployed across Europe over the past year and bringing total commitments to nearly $10 billion.

The three-day event, running through October 22, gathers more than 10,000 professionals for over 100 sessions spanning AI factories, agentic AI, physical AI, robotics, open models and sovereign AI infrastructure. Executives from Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom and other European giants are on the agenda.

The big theme is NVIDIA's pivot from selling GPUs to selling “AI factories” — data centers designed to convert raw data into intelligence. The conference arrives as investors shift from trading pure compute demand to demanding proof that massive AI capital spending can generate real revenue and cash flow.
