SpaceX to Report Q3 Earnings Today: Second-Ever Results Since June IPO

Elon Musk's SpaceX will announce its third-quarter results on Tuesday after the US market closes — only the company's second earnings report since going public in June, and investors are watching closely.

The audio-only webcast begins at 3:30pm Central Time (4:30pm ET) on SpaceX's investor relations portal, with a replay and a livestream on X. Analysts expect around $12.74 billion in revenue and earnings of 14 cents a share, according to LSEG data — a sharp jump from the $7.8 billion revenue and $541 million net loss reported in Q2.

The spotlight is on Starlink's subscriber growth and whether surging AI spending is turning into real revenue. SpaceX shares have fallen about 35% from their post-IPO peak, and roughly 2.49 billion shares come out of lock-up in the coming days, raising the stakes. The earnings land a day before Tesla reports on Wednesday, making it a blockbuster 48 hours for Musk watchers.
