Tiger Shroff Firing Case: FIR Filed, 15 Police Teams Hunt Gunmen

Mumbai Police have registered a case against three unidentified individuals after gunmen opened fire on Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s car in the Juhu area on Sunday evening, October 18. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohit Garg, Shroff narrowly escaped injury as he was leaving a football club at around 7 pm. At least two gunmen fired multiple shots at close range toward the front passenger seat of his slowly moving car.

The actor was not hit by bullets but suffered cuts from shattered glass, while his driver and a nearby autorickshaw driver were injured — the driver was struck in the left hand. Both were taken to hospital and are reported stable. An FIR has been filed under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act.

Police have formed 15 special investigation teams to examine CCTV footage and trace the assailants, who fled on a motorcycle. Investigators are also examining an unverified social media post claiming the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was behind the attack. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Monday that the accused have been identified and arrests would be made soon, adding that the masterminds operate from outside the state.
